Alisha Noterman’s passion for helping others find their voice began over 25 years ago. As an Assistive Technology Specialist and educator, Alisha has dedicated her career to empowering people with disabilities through technology and inclusion.
In 1996, Alisha started working with children, adolescents and adults with disabilities in the field of augmentative and alternative communication and assistive technology. She received her Assistive Technology Certificate from California State University Northridge in 2001.
Driven by her mission to celebrate neurodiversity and create a kinder, more inclusive world, Alisha co-founded Dynamic Therapy Solutions in 2001 and Educate4. She is also the co-founder of the International CAMA Conference. Through these organizations, Alisha helps provide assistive technology, therapy services and educational resources to help people with disabilities maximize their potential.
As a sought-after speaker, Alisha presents nationally and internationally on disability awareness, assistive technology and inclusive education. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Dynamic Therapy Solutions, leading a team of over 15 employees.

Fred Pinto
Fred Pinto (Pinto Legal, Fit To Exit) has been an IP, technology, and transactional lawyer and entrepreneur, focusing on the needs of founders, for over 15 years. He holds honor degrees in civil and common law from the University of Ottawa, graduate law degrees in international law from Leiden University, and comparative law from McGill University.
He’s been an editor and writer for leading peer-reviewed law journals, and has lectured on IP and technology law topics at McGill University Law School – where he was named Meredith Memorial scholar in IP law – at Recording Arts Canada, and for continuing legal education courses in Canada and the US. He’s also been a featured speaker for leading thought leadership organizations, such as the Lord Reading Law Society and the International Economic Forum for the Americas.

Scott Martin has been a marketer for 25 years across branding, strategy, advertising, and execution. After working with tons of high-profile national brands, he was tired of businesses without soul that continued to throw money at advertising without measurable impact on the bottom line. He needed a creative outlet for his personal passions so Heliskiing Canada and Catskiing Canada came to be, to help market those industries and to experiment with producing content through blogging, social media, and film.

Mark Allen
Dr. Allen is a serial entrepreneur and executive, with experience leading organizations from inception to profitable growth to successful exit. Dr. Allen has a BS in Applied Physics from Columbia University and an MD from UCLA. During his medical training, he developed one of the first web-based clinical decision support systems to guide ER physicians to make the right patient care decisions. After clinical trials demonstrating significant improvements in healthcare quality and cost, Dr. Allen founded Corticon to bring this new technology to market. Under Dr. Allen’s leadership as CEO, Corticon became one of the leading commercial rules engine software products, powering automated decision-making in healthcare, insurance, banking, retail and manufacturing. When Corticon was acquired by Progress (NASD: PRGS), Dr. Allen took roles as Chief Technologist and then General Manager. In early 2017, excited by the recent scientific progress in the longevity industry, Dr. Allen left Progress with a passion to extend healthy lifespan. He partnered with Elevian’s scientific co-founders at Harvard to develop their GDF11 technology into new drugs, recruiting and leading a team of leading scientists and drug development veterans. An active member of YPO since 2009, Dr. Allen serves on the board of YPO San Francisco Gold.
